FI Women | Leading the change

In a sector historically dominated by men, giving visibility to the trajectories, achievements and challenges of women within the organisation is an essential step towards promoting a more inclusive and inspiring culture.

In a sector historically dominated by men, giving visibility to the trajectories, achievements and challenges of women within the organisation is an essential step towards promoting a more inclusive and inspiring culture.
By bringing together authentic testimonies from female leaders, from CEOs to team managers, the campaign not only celebrates these voices, but also offers real role models for future generations of professionals. It reinforces that female leadership is not an exception, but a fundamental part of a company’s innovation, strategy and sustainable growth.
FI Women is therefore more than a series of videos: it is a platform for listening, recognition and transformation. An initiative that strengthens the sense of belonging, stimulates dialogue on equal opportunities and reaffirms FI Group’s role as an agent of social change in the corporate world.
Episodes Overview:
The first episode of our campaign was led by our CEO, María Corominas, who discusses equal opportunities at FI Group and her evolution throughout her 20-year career, emphasising equal treatment between men and women. Amber Farrington, Consulting Director at FI Group UK, agrees with María on equal opportunities at FI Group, along with respect and recognition. In this regard, Carla Pinto, Team Leader at FI Portugal, discusses FI’s values, teamwork and work-life balance measures that enable mothers to grow professionally.
This is also confirmed by Marta Sebastiá, International Consulting Manager, who shares her experience of finding gender-neutral recruitment processes at FI. This flexibility is also highly valued by Léa Calmels, Innovation Manager for North America, whose move to Canada was facilitated by international mobility options and flexible working arrangements.
Renata Menezes, Business Director at FI Group Brazil, compares FI Group’s gender balance with Brazilian standards, emphasising that 50% of the team are women. In the final episode, Carmen Pallás, HR Director, highlights the opportunities for growth within FI Group and the social barriers faced by women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields.
